I am a licensed clinical social worker with 28 years of experience helping individuals and families overcome challenges and successfully manage stressors and transitions. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) lens. In plain words, you will build the skills and uncover the insight to move forward.

Early morning appointments

I have a small private practice (approximately ten clients per week) and my appointments are in the early morning hours. I understand how difficult it is to take time for yourself once the demands of your day are underway. With early morning appointments, I offer you the opportunity to explore the challenges you are facing in the quiet moments before your kids wake up, the dog needs walking, or you leave for work.
